Quick Marinated Grilled Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Fresh Lemon
Freshly Ground Sea Salt
Slice the chicken breasts sideways which forms a heart shape
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Lightly sprinkle or grind a little sea salt evenly over each chicken breast on both sides
Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile heat your grill or bbq
After marinating, place each piece of chicken on the grill or bbq
Cook until firm, and both side have turned slightly golden brown.
